in the Arab Emirates

One of the main advantages of buying real estate in the UAE is the stable growth of the market. The last time prices fell during the global crisis of 2008, moreover, since that time the cost per square meter has risen by 70% compared to the peak in 2007. Even the global pandemic did not significantly affect investor interest in the UAE, and in 2021 prices rose by 21% compared to 2020.
To date, foreign buyers can purchase real estate in the Arab Emirates with full ownership rights and dispose of it at their discretion, including renting, donation, transfer to inheritance. You can do this in freehold zones. There are 46 of them on the territory of the country, and 30 of them are located in Dubai. Real estate outside freehold zones is available to non-residents only for long-term lease for 99 years.

The average cost per square meter of housing
in the Emirates is:
