Elemental Developments.

Elemental Developments is a UAE residential developer focused on homes shaped around well-being and a close connection to greenery. Its projects are described through landscaped shared areas, communal gardens, green roofs and large windows designed to bring in natural light.

Projects and approach

The company’s named projects include Elemental 22 and Elemental 78. Elemental 22 is an apartment development in Jumeirah Garden City, Dubai.

Across its residential schemes, Elemental Developments highlights practical shared amenities rather than a broad facilities list: gyms, recovery rooms with sauna and steam bath, coworking spaces, cafes, children’s clubs, home cinemas and swimming pools are part of the stated concept. The overall design language centres on outdoor recreation areas and communal lounge spaces integrated with planting.
