  • Disable or interfere with the Site's operation.

  • Collect personal data from other users without authorisation.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

  • Send spam or unauthorised advertising.

4. Enquiries

When you submit contact information, you authorise us to respond with a consultation or property information relating to your request. Sending a form or completing a quiz does not create a reservation, a binding property transaction or a guarantee of availability. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Site contains material owned by Livrichy and material used from property owners, developers and other authorised sources. Rights remain with their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse protected material without the relevant permission.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses or links to services including Google Analytics 4, Bitrix24, Cloudflare Turnstile, WAValidator, Mapbox and WhatsApp. Their applicable terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services. We do not control third-party websites or their privacy practices.

Prices, availability, project information and transaction terms should be confirmed with our team and the relevant parties before a decision or commitment. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Legal matters are to be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, subject to applicable mandatory law.
