About the project
One Crescent is a residential project by AHS Properties on Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Rather than a single penthouse, the development comprises 25 residences, including penthouses, Sky Villas and two Sky Mansions.
Design and resident amenities
Interiors and entrance spaces were created in collaboration with Fendi Casa, and each residence has a private lift opening directly into the living room. The project focuses on a small number of large-format homes rather than a high-volume apartment building.
