About the project
Chorisia Villas is a residential project by Al Barari in Al Barari, Dubai. Set within a green landscaped setting, the development is arranged in two phases: the first with 60 three-storey villas and the second with 57 residences overlooking the lagoon.
Homes and setting
The main home format presented for Chorisia Villas is a five-bedroom villa layout with an entrance hall, open kitchen, dining area, study, maid’s room and a living room with panoramic windows. Many homes also include a private garden, garage and pool.
Around the community are landscaped parks and gardens with water features, walking paths, children’s play areas and barbecue spots. Residents also have access to the Body Language Health Club with a gym, spa and sports grounds, and pets are allowed.
