About the project
Sei Saadiyat is a residential project by Aldar Properties on Al Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. It brings together six towers with 778 residences, including one- and two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom Kanso Residences, and two-bedroom Kanso Lofts.
Design and amenities
The architecture by Jacobs uses stepped forms, landscaped courtyards and elevated gardens, with façades shaped by light and shadow. Interiors by Kettle Collective focus on simple forms and balanced proportions, using stone, wood, metal and woven textures. Apartments are presented in a light palette, while the Kanso Lofts follow a darker scheme.
Shared amenities include swimming pools, a spa with sauna and hot and cold plunge pools, gyms, yoga and aerial yoga studios, sports courts, a kids’ club, coworking spaces, a library with gaming lounge, and cinemas.
