About the project
Linar Tower C is a residential tower by Alef in Al Mamzar 1, Sharjah, within a mixed-use development along Al Mamzar Beach. The wider scheme combines six residential towers and one commercial tower, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as four-bedroom penthouses.
Design and shared spaces
The tower follows a contemporary sculptural design language, with soft horizontal lines, fluid forms, glass balcony balustrades and light-toned façades. Interiors continue the contemporary approach with spacious layouts and large windows.
Shared infrastructure across the development includes interactive water features, an amphitheater, landscaped walkways and pocket gardens, co-working spaces, restaurants and cafés, and an outdoor fitness area.
