About the project
Fleurs De Jardin is a gated residential project by AMIS Development in MBR District 11, Dubai, created in collaboration with Jacob & Co. and GPD. The project is built around a limited collection of 5-bedroom villas and 6-bedroom mansions set among landscaped gardens and a lagoon.
Homes and amenities
The architecture takes cues from Jacob & Co.’s timepieces, while the residential mix remains focused: villas with five bedrooms and mansions with six. Shared facilities include landscaped gardens, lagoon walking paths, a clubhouse with pools and a fitness studio, a spa and wellness centre, a children’s play area and gated security.
Within the mansion layouts, the project also includes covered basement parking and dedicated rooms for a home theatre and golf simulator.
