About the project
Masaar 1 Saro is a residential project by Arada Properties in Tilal, Sharjah, and the seventh and final phase of the Masaar 1 community. It comprises townhouses and villas, from 2-bedroom townhouses to 6-bedroom villas, set among landscaped gardens and green open areas.
Homes and shared spaces
The homes are planned as low-rise houses rather than apartments. Each residence includes smart home features and a fitted appliance package with a stove, range hood, washing machine and dryer.
Shared amenities include a swimming pool, fitness facilities, a community centre, children’s play areas and sports spaces.
