About the project
Vertex Pointe is a commercial project by AUM Development in Arjan, Dubai. The building is planned around boutique office and retail spaces, with selected units featuring outdoor terraces or private balconies and a rooftop level dedicated to amenities.
Design and shared spaces
The architecture combines full-height glazing with metallic fins that moderate sun exposure and shape the façade through the day. Inside, offices and common areas are designed for natural light, with acoustic ceilings, stone flooring, wood finishes, soft textiles, and restrained metallic detailing.
Shared facilities include a triple-height lobby with an amphitheatre, gyms, a padel court, a half basketball court, prayer rooms, and an outdoor meeting area. Vertex Pointe is presented as a workplace and retail address rather than a residential development.
