About the project
Lia is an apartment project by AVENEW Development on Dubai Islands in Dubai. The scheme pairs a soft, coastal design language with practical daily spaces, using broad terraces, cantilevered forms and panoramic windows to shape the building and open the residences toward sea views.
Design and shared spaces
Interiors are described with wood textures, mineral tones, stone and glass, giving the homes a restrained natural palette. Ground level includes boutiques and service spaces, while the podium is planned around leisure amenities such as an infinity pool, barbecue areas, a children’s play area, a gym, and sauna and steam rooms. Green terraces and shaded lounge areas add outdoor space beyond the residences themselves.
