About the project
Rena is a coastal residential project by AVENEW Development in Dubai Islands, Dubai, UAE. The building brings together one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, beachside duplex townhouses and a single penthouse, with a glass facade, tiered terraces and panoramic windows oriented to sea views.
Design and amenities
Interiors continue the shoreline concept with large windows, coastal-toned finishes, and kitchens fitted with marble countertops and built-in appliances. Shared spaces include a rooftop pool, fitness centre, jacuzzi and landscaped park, while the lobby is framed by fountains and a reflecting pool. Security, lifts and covered parking are also part of the project.
