About the project
Arancia Yards 1 is the first phase of a residential project by Beyond by Omniyat in City of Arabia, Dubai. The low-rise development brings together three buildings with 272 residences, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom homes.
Design and amenities
The architecture follows a Mediterranean approach by HBA, developed with Dewan Architects and Coopers Hill Landscape. Around 70% of the site is given to open landscaped areas, shaping the project around gardens and green views.
Interiors are planned in a contemporary style with natural materials, light tones and panoramic glazing. Shared spaces include swimming pools, landscaped gardens, a co-working area, sports courts and a kids’ club.
