About the project
Kanyon is a residential tower by Beyond by Omniyat in Dubai Maritime City, Dubai. The project brings together 411 residences, a forest-led design setting within the Forest District, and architecture by MAD, desertINK, and DWP.
Design and homes
The project is planned as a vertical residential development with apartments and one- and two-bedroom layouts in the current unit mix. Homes are described with expansive terraces and interiors in natural tones, using wood, stone, and glass to shape bright living spaces.

A forest-themed podium and landscaped green areas are part of the wider concept, linking the tower’s architecture with outdoor leisure and quieter retreat spaces.
