About the project
The Yards Plaza is a commercial project by Beyond by Omniyat in City of Arabia, Dubai. It brings together four office blocks and a retail component, with architecture defined by monolithic volumes, glass façades and aluminium sun-shading louvers.
Commercial concept and spaces
A landscaped courtyard sits at the centre of the scheme, while terraces and pedestrian routes connect the buildings to outdoor areas. The project includes 272 offices as well as retail and dining premises. Offices are delivered in shell-and-core condition, leaving interior planning and finishes open to the occupier. Shared areas include a business centre, public terraces, shaded seating, parking and 24-hour security. Lobbies and common spaces are finished with stone, timber accents, decorative lighting and artwork.
