About the project
Damac Islands 2 - Mauritius is a residential project by DAMAC Properties in Damac Islands 2, Dubai. Rather than a single home offering, it includes four- and five-bedroom townhouses as well as five-bedroom twin villas within the wider community.
Design and community
The project is planned around an eco living concept that brings together natural, leisure, social, and cultural spaces. Its architecture follows a contemporary island-inspired approach, with terraces, panoramic windows, and a design intended to integrate with the landscape.
Community features include nature parks with a lake and waterfalls, a botanical garden, walking trails, kayaking areas, and cultural spaces such as a museum and library.
