About the project
Juniper is a residential collection by DAMAC Properties in Damac Hills 2, Dubai. The project brings together townhouses and villas with three to six bedrooms, set within a wider community with shared leisure and recreation facilities.
Design and community
Juniper uses a restrained architectural language of rectangular volumes, broad glazing and deep facade frames. White and grey surfaces are paired with wood accents, open balconies and simple metal details. Interiors follow the same approach, with neutral tones, minimalist finishes and warm touches that keep the living spaces bright and visually open.
Residents have access to shared pools, a gym, children’s play areas and barbecue zones. The wider Damac Hills 2 community also includes Malibu Beach, a lazy river and Zen Garden.
