About the project
Shoreline is a residential project by DAMAC Properties on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. Its design combines cascading forms, wide terraces and panoramic glazing, with a concept created in collaboration with Vincent Faudemer and Babolat.
Architecture and resident amenities
The building presents a contemporary coastal expression, with strong horizontal lines, layered façades and open views towards the sea. Interiors follow the same direction through floor-to-ceiling windows, light finishes and a calm, pared-back palette. The project includes apartments, with current layouts presented here in two- and three-bedroom formats.
Resident facilities focus on leisure and wellness rather than a long amenity list. Shoreline includes adult and children’s pools, a fitness centre, spa facilities, a jogging track and water sports areas, alongside social spaces by the waterfront.
