About the project
South Square Tower S3 is a residential building by Dubai South in Dubai South, Dubai. It forms part of a four-tower gated community with apartments from 1 to 3 bedrooms and a shared ground level that brings together everyday amenities and communal spaces.
Design and shared spaces
The project is defined by facades in a natural colour palette and materials chosen to sit quietly within the surrounding landscape. Inside, the apartments are planned around natural light, functional layouts and quality finishes.
Residents share a common amenity base across the wider complex, including adult and children’s pools, a fitness centre, coworking areas, kids’ play spaces and an outdoor cinema. Parking, leisure zones, restaurants and landscaped recreational areas are also integrated into the community.
