About the project
Eaton Square is an office project by Ellington Properties in Bukadra, Dubai. It is conceived as a commercial building with full-floor office spaces, set behind a restrained contemporary facade with extensive glazing.
Office design
The project focuses on workspace function and daylight. Large windows are designed to bring natural light into the offices, while the interiors are intended to support an efficient working environment.
Eaton Square includes access-controlled lifts, soundproof telephone booths, coworking space, covered parking and a fitness studio. Event facilities, wireless internet, face-recognition and QR-code access, and filtered air systems add to the building’s office infrastructure.
