About the project
Keturah Ardh Phase 1 is a residential community by MAG Property Development in Al Rowaiyah 1, Dubai. The first phase is planned around clusters of townhouses, with architecture shaped by natural materials, daylight and landscape elements brought into the interiors.
Design and community
The project combines biodesign, references to Islamic art and a sustainability-led approach. About half of the site is allocated to housing, around a third to landscaped open green areas, and the remainder to community infrastructure. Different site layouts are planned with defined building parameters.
Shared amenities include pools, fitness and yoga spaces, coworking areas, parks and walking routes, along with restaurants, retail, schools and a mosque.
