About the project
Forest City is a residential project by HZ Development in Majan, Dubai. The scheme combines studios with one- to six-bedroom apartments in a building shaped by a “vertical forest” concept, with planted terraces, broad glazing and light-filled interiors.
Design and amenities
The architecture uses cascading greenery across terraces and large panoramic windows to define the exterior. Inside, the homes are finished with natural materials and floor-to-ceiling glazing that brings in daylight.
Residents have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, tennis, basketball and badminton courts, jogging tracks, BBQ areas and a children’s play area. The ground level also includes everyday conveniences such as supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and boutiques.
