About the project
Juman 1 is a waterfront apartment project by ICTReD in Al Rahah, Abu Dhabi. The scheme includes apartments, with supported layouts including three- and four-bedroom homes, and is designed around marina, waterfront and skyline outlooks.
Design and amenities
The architecture combines layered terraces, private balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing, with greenery integrated into the façade. This gives the building an open coastal character rather than a sealed tower form.
Residents have access to an infinity pool, gym, sauna, children’s splash and play areas, and an indoor cinema. Concierge service, retail outlets and 24/7 security are also part of the project.
