About the project
KAYAN is a residential project by IMKAN Properties in Al Jurf Gardens, Abu Dhabi. It brings together land plots and 4- to 5-bedroom villas, with two design directions: Rawya, with clean geometric forms, and Rihal, which draws on traditional Arabic elements such as inward-looking courtyards and patterned screens.
Design and setting
