Design and shared spaces
The architecture focuses on vertical composition, clean façade lines, and panoramic glazing. Interiors are finished with a calm material palette that includes bamboo, oak, woven textures, stone, and fluted panels.
Shared facilities centre on movement and wellness rather than a long amenity list. They include a Technogym-equipped gym, a padel court, adult and children’s pools alongside a wellness pool, a red light therapy area, and garden coworking and relaxation spaces. A clubhouse, sports lounge, children’s playground, and interactive sensory garden add further common areas within the project.
