About the project
Mars Residences is a residential project by Mars Star Real Estate Development in Dubai Sports City, Dubai. The scheme comprises two towers and includes studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with a limited collection of three-bedroom penthouses.
Design and shared spaces
The architecture combines light-coloured façades with vertical terracotta accents, continuous window and balcony bands, and curved central sections that soften the overall form. Upper framed elements give the towers a more defined silhouette. Inside, the homes are finished in a neutral palette with wood textures, clean lines and open layouts shaped by natural light.
Shared facilities include a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a separate children’s pool, a fitness centre, a kids’ play area and communal lounges. Ground-floor retail is integrated into the complex, and the wider community includes jogging and cycling paths.
