About the project
Bulgari Resort & Residences is a residential resort by Meraas Developer on Jumeirah Bay in Dubai. Set on an island and connected to the mainland by a bridge, the project combines six low-rise apartment buildings with a collection of two-storey villas.
Design and residences
The architecture uses sand-coloured limestone, wooden terraces and wide glazing to create a restrained Mediterranean look. Homes include 1 to 4-bedroom apartments and 3 to 6-bedroom villas.
Residents have access to the Bvlgari Yacht Club and private marina, restaurants, a spa with an indoor pool, fitness centres and a private beach, together with round-the-clock service.
