About the project
The Haven 2 is a residential project by Meraki in Majan, Dubai. It is planned as an apartment development with a nature-led design approach, using soft tones and layouts intended for comfortable everyday living.
Design and shared spaces
The project focuses on calm, functional interiors and a selection of resident amenities rather than a long list of extras. Supported features include indoor and outdoor fitness areas, a yoga studio, separate pools for adults and children, children’s play areas, and 24/7 security with CCTV.
The wider setting is also part of the concept, with leisure areas, walking paths, landscaped park elements, and an outdoor terrace overlooking a 7-acre park. Electric vehicle charging is included as part of the building’s practical infrastructure.
