About the project
Muheira A is a canal-side residential project by Modon on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, within the wider Maysan development. The scheme is arranged as two towers and focuses on one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with broad glazing, generous balconies, and open views toward the waterfront, parks, and the city.
Design and amenities
Inside, the layouts are planned around space and function, with large windows and contemporary interiors informed by hotel design. Shared facilities include landscaped parks, a 350-metre promenade for walking, jogging, and cycling, a gym, a rooftop lounge, and separate pools for adults and children.
