About the project
District One West Phase Two is a residential villa community by Nakheel Properties in Al Quoz 2, Dubai. The project is arranged around three villa collections: Garden Villas with 4–5 bedrooms, six-bedroom Mansions, and seven-bedroom villas planned on a separate island with direct access to the lagoon.
Design and outdoor spaces
The architecture changes by collection. Garden Villas combine white stucco with natural stone textures, while the Mansions use a more restrained mix of stone and glass. The island villas are defined by bold geometric forms and large windows.
Shared outdoor features include sandy beaches by the lagoon, landscaped gardens, walking paths and cycling routes, a kids’ play area, and sports facilities such as a tennis court and open-air gym.
