About the project
Dubai Island is a waterfront development by Nakheel Properties in Dubai Islands, Dubai, UAE. It is planned as an archipelago of five man-made islands: Central Island, Elite Island, Golf Island, Marina Island and Shore Island, bringing together residential, commercial and entertainment uses.
Project overview
The master plan includes residential communities with more than 30,000 apartments, along with resorts and hotels, beaches and public attractions. Named destinations include Deira Mall with more than 1,000 shops plus dining and entertainment venues, a night market with nearly 5,300 retail outlets and 100 waterfront cafes and restaurants, arts and culture centres, a water park, and water sports and surf facilities.
