About the project
Next Coral is a beachfront residential project by NEXT on Dubai Islands in Dubai. It offers 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, including selected layouts with a study. The architecture takes cues from coral reefs, with curved balconies, expansive glazing and exterior finishes in travertine, glass and metal.
Design and shared spaces
Inside, the palette centres on soft neutral tones with green and deep blue accents, combining wood and marble with textured fabrics and glass surfaces. Residents have access to a swimming pool, fitness centre, steam room and spa, as well as a children’s play area with a separate pool. A landscaped lobby, lounge and coworking space add shared indoor areas to the building.
