About the project
HENGE RESIDENCES by Nord is a branded residential project by Nord Development on Al Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. Created in partnership with HENGE, it brings a distinct Italian design direction to a collection of studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Design and residential offering
The architecture is defined by fluid white curves, expansive glass balconies and layered terraces with integrated greenery. Inside, the apartments include smart home systems and a material palette built around cool tones, natural wood, linen-effect finishes and natural marble, with gunmetal details, matte white sanitaryware and textured porcelain tiles.
Residents have access to a temperature-controlled swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, a gym, sauna and steam room, a padel court, children’s play areas, concierge service and branded retail shops within the development.
