About the project
Warda Apartments is a residential building by Nshama in Town Square, Dubai, forming part of the wider Jenna and Warda development. The project includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and uses a clear contemporary language: rhythmic façades, deep balconies set within large rectangular frames, and a light natural palette.
Design and community
Inside, the apartments are planned around open living and dining areas, with panoramic glazing that brings natural light into the rooms and extends the interiors toward the balconies. Finishes follow a calm neutral palette with subtle contrast rather than heavy decoration.
Residents have access to Town Square’s broader community infrastructure, including a nearby park, walking, jogging and cycling trails, swimming pools, gyms, children’s play areas, as well as shops, restaurants and cinemas.
