About the project
JOUD Residence is a planned residential project by One Development on Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The tower is designed to include one- to four-bedroom apartments and retail space, with contemporary interiors focused on functionality and integrated smart systems.
Design and amenities
The concept combines modern architectural lines with panoramic glazing. Planned shared facilities include a roof terrace with an infinity pool, a spa and sauna, indoor and outdoor gyms, an outdoor cinema, and a children’s play area. The scheme also mentions an HBOT centre, a running track, access to drone taxi services, and an automated drone delivery system.
