About the project
SKAI Tower 2 is a residential tower by RAK Properties on Raha Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. Part of the wider SKAI complex, it brings together apartments and 3-bedroom penthouses in a waterfront setting shaped by lagoons and landscaped promenades.
Design and shared amenities
