About the project
The District is a residential project by Reportage Properties on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. It brings together apartments, 4-bedroom penthouses and a collection of three-level townhouses, with layouts ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
Design and amenities
The project is designed as a contemporary scheme with clean lines, minimalist facades and floor-to-ceiling windows. Interiors are planned in bright tones with functional layouts, while the townhouses include terraces and balconies connected to each of the four bedrooms.
Shared facilities include adult and children’s pools, a gym and fitness centre, kids’ play areas, barbecue spaces, walking and jogging paths, sports areas, covered parking and retail outlets within the development.
