About the project
Sierra Views is a residential project by Royal Development Company on Reem Island, Abu Dhabi. The master plan follows naturally elevated terrain, with a cascading layout rising toward a central hilltop and opening views across landscaped parks and the sea.
Homes and community
The project comprises five- to seven-bedroom residences in two architectural styles. Contemporary forms and fluid facades are paired with light-filled interiors, open courtyards, and green zones that connect the homes to the wider landscape.
Community features include landscaped parks and open areas, a clubhouse and community center, shops, cafés and restaurants, medical facilities, and education spaces including a private school and a children’s learning center.
