About the project
The Ritz-Carlton Residences is a branded residential project by SAAS Properties on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi. The development is planned as a 165-residence tower with apartments, duplexes and a penthouse.
Design and residential mix
The collection includes one- to four-bedroom apartments, two- to four-bedroom duplexes, and a penthouse. Architecture by Killa Design is defined by layered façades, vertical fins, decorative screens, deep terraces and continuous balconies. Interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners use a restrained palette and expressive materials.
Shared spaces include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa with sauna and cold plunge pool, a fitness studio, a cinema, and coworking and meeting spaces. The project also includes guest rooms, children’s areas, private elevators, concierge support and The Ritz-Carlton residential services.
