About the project
Nautica is a residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Maritime City, Dubai. The project centres on apartment living with sea-influenced architecture, minimalist interiors and bright accents, alongside views across the water, marina and surrounding neighbourhoods.
Design and amenities
The building’s design draws on maritime forms, while the interiors use a restrained palette with references to the water element. Rather than focusing on a single residence, Nautica is planned as a full residential development with shared facilities for everyday use.
