About the project
Marquise Square Tower is a residential project by SRG Holding Limited in Business Bay, Dubai. It includes studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with a modern glass façade and a sharply defined architectural form.
Design and resident spaces
The interiors focus on fitted materials and built-in elements. Kitchens are custom made and finished with composite stone and quartz countertops, fully integrated Siemens appliances, Italian cabinetry and modern wall units.
