About the project
Fay Gardens by Taraf is a residential community in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, with 130 villas in four-, five- and six-bedroom layouts. The project is shaped around landscaped open space and a calm design language, with pastel-toned interiors, refined detailing and distinctive exterior architecture.
Community design
Three themed parks form the main shared amenity offering. Terra Park includes community gardens, lawns, barbecue areas and an outdoor cinema. Aria Park adds a sensory garden with yoga and meditation pavilions, while Azura Park brings together a clubhouse, swimming pool and gym facilities. Running tracks, indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, and dedicated areas for rest and recovery continue the project’s focus on everyday wellbeing.
