About the project
Solea is a residential project by Taraf on Al Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. The scheme brings together four interconnected buildings in a linear arrangement, with apartment layouts planned to reduce direct views into neighboring homes and support a greater sense of privacy.
Design and amenities
Interiors draw on the warm tones of sunset, with a soft, naturally lit palette across the homes and shared spaces. The project places a clear emphasis on outdoor living, with landscaped gardens, swimming pools and communal areas set across different levels.
Key shared features include an outdoor cinema, a gym, children’s play areas and retail outlets. Together, these elements shape Solea as a multi-building residential address with shared amenity spaces rather than a single standalone tower.
