/ steps done

  1. Finish the previous step first to unlock this one. Requires:

UAE Pass is the national digital identity. One login works for Dubai REST, DEWA, telecom and most government apps, and lets you sign documents digitally, so every later step gets much faster.

    Path in the app

    1. Install UAE Pass
    2. Sign up with Emirates ID
    3. Face scan
    4. Upgrade to Verified

    Documents you need

    • Emirates ID (or the unified number for new residents)
    • UAE mobile number

    How to apply

    1. Download the UAE Pass app (App Store, Google Play or AppGallery).

    2. Register with your Emirates ID and UAE mobile number, then complete the face scan.

    3. To reach the full verified level (needed for signing documents), confirm your identity once: at a UAE Pass kiosk in a mall or via the in-app verification.

Tip: With a verified UAE Pass you can sign the tenancy contract and most applications fully online, without visiting typing centres.

  2. Finish the previous step first to unlock this one. Requires:

Ejari is the mandatory registration of your tenancy contract with the Dubai Land Department. You need it before DEWA, chiller or internet can be connected.

    Path in the app

    1. Open Dubai REST
    2. Sign in with UAE Pass
    3. Services
    4. Ejari: register contract
